Your Visit Starts
from the moment you book your appointment. Immediately after you'll receive a confirmation text and keep an eye on your inbox because shortly after you'll receive my Digital Welcome Packet. It will have most of the information you'll need for your upcoming appointment and be able to answer any questions you may have prior to your appointment.
The Day Of
Before You Arrive: A few hours before your service, you'll receive a text allowing you to customize your appointment to your personal preferences.

Our Consultation: Every appointment begins with a thorough conversation. We'll discuss your specific goals, lifestyle, and create a clear plan for your day and a roadmap for your future hair care

During Your Service: Your time here is for you. Sit back, relax, enjoy complimentary snacks or a cup of coffee, and simply unwind while I take care of the rest.
After your Appointment
Your service doesn't end when you leave the chair. You're roadmap will focus on long-term hair health and stress free follow up.

We'll go over products you might need and add them to your notes as well as send you a link to any you may not be able to get in the salon.

Setting up your next appointment will be a breeze by either pre-booking or having a card with your next service already planned out for online booking.

2 days after your appointment you'll get a follow up text just to check in and make sure you're loving your new hair!
